At Vitamart.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receiving the product. Please review our return policy below for details.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Opened or used health supplements.
   • Perishable goods or products close to expiry.
   • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at contact@vitamart.pk or call 0322-8998756 within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide Details: Share your order number and the reason for the return. Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Shipping Address: Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes, types, or flavors (if applicable) can be arranged, subject to product availability. Please follow the return process outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
